President
Bill has a degree in mechanical engineering and 25+ years in leadership roles working for major clients in many industries including: technology development, renewable energy, thermal heavy oil, gas processing, oil sands mining, petroleum refining, pulp and paper, and mineral processing.
Bill is an outdoors enthusiast and enjoys camping and exploring the backcountry at every opportunity.
CFO
Jim has a commerce degree in accounting and finance, has served on the Board of Directors for both publicly traded and private corporations in industry and held positions of CEO, VP Operations, VP Finance, CFO, Controller, Treasury and Internal Auditor. Jim has performed audit and consulting services including: IFRS, financial statements, MD&As, disclosure, regulations, governance, finance and controller functions.
Jim has travelled extensively on international business and is an avid golfer.
Dean has practiced law for 25+ years in Alberta, Saskatchewan and, for a period of time, in the Northwest Territories. Although he has experience in numerous areas of law, his focus during the past two decades has been on real estate and corporate transactions. He particularly enjoys setting up corporate structures for First Nation communities and helping them achieve their financial objectives. To compliment the services offered by his law firm, Rask Law Office, Dean completed his Mortgage Brokerage course and can also assist clients with their financing needs.
In his spare time, Dean spends time with his family, has served on numerous boards and has been an active participant in numerous sports, including hockey and golf.
